Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate marketing and expertise in SEO strategy. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving qualified leads, and enhancing our digital presence to support property sales, leasing, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the real estate market, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.

  • Lead SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and optimize website visibility across search engines.

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns including website content, paid search, social media, and email marketing.

  • Create engaging content highlighting properties, market trends, and company expertise to attract and convert potential buyers, sellers, and investors.

  • Analyze SEO performance and marketing data to track ROI, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and generate qualified leads.

  • Oversee brand consistency across all platforms, including print, digital, and events.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, real estate listing platforms, and media outlets.

Qualifications:
•Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the custom home building, real estate,
or luxury design industries.
•Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO best practices, and analytics tools.
•Exceptional content creation skills, including copywriting, photography, and videography.
•Creative thinker with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
•Self-motivated, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with MLS platforms.
