• Use hand and power tools to build and prepare products for shipment
• Perform basic crimping and kitting-bagging to get products ready for customers

What You Bring to the Table:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent (a little experience is great, but we’re happy to train motivated individuals!)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and measuring devices (like rulers, calipers, and micrometers)
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship
• Basic math skills—adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing is part of the job
• A team player mindset with excellent time management skills
• The ability to sit, stand, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
