About the Role
Are you the kind of person who loves crisp folds, clean cuts, and the satisfaction of turning loose stacks of paper into polished, finished products? Do you take pride in details that others might miss? If so, you might be our next Bindery Wizard… ahem… Bindery Operator.
What You’ll Do
Become the master of machines like folders, cutters, stitchers, and trimmers (basically the superheroes of the print world).
Transform raw printed sheets into beautiful, finished pieces that wow our customers.
Review job tickets and specs like a detective solving the mystery of “How does this need to be folded?”
Set up, adjust, and fine-tune bindery equipment so it runs as smooth as butter.
Keep an eagle eye on product quality — crooked cuts and wrinkly folds don’t stand a chance.
Troubleshoot minor issues (and celebrate major victories when everything runs perfectly).
Tag-team with our production crew to hit deadlines and keep the workflow moving.
Keep your workspace neat, safe, and organized — chaos has no place in great finishing.
What You Bring
Experience in bindery or print production is awesome (but passion for learning goes a long way).
Mechanical aptitude — you like buttons, levers, gears, and solving “why is this making that noise?”
A love for precision and detail.
Ability to lift things, move around, and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
A team-player attitude with a positive vibe.
Why You’ll Love It Here
You get to create tangible, finished products you’re proud of.
Every day is a mix of creativity, mechanics, and problem-solving.
Supportive team, steady workflow, and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills.
