Job Responsibilities - 

 - Sourcing and screening candidates

- Interviewing candidates 

- Problem solving! Being able to help our customers through their current issues 

- Attending networking events as a way to build our presence in the community  

- Timely response to all emails and phone calls

Job Requirements 

- Motivated and Hard working

- Bachelors degree from an accredited University  

- A willingness to help where ever is needed 

- Past internship or business experience 

- Persistence to overcome tough weeks

- Metrics driven
