This opportunity is located on the north side of Milwaukee. 


What will you be doing?

You will provide daily confidential administrative support to the Executive Vice President who touches all operations of the non profit. You will get to aid in making presentations, calendar management and then any other projects that come through the department or offices of the CEO or CFO. This is an all encompassing executive assistant role, so you must be willing to help out where ever you are needed. 


And when the days get long, you are welcome to join the kids for choir practice or walk the grounds to de stress! Does this sound like it could be a good fit for you?


- 2-3 years of administrative experience

- Calendar Management 


Preferred Requirements

- Experience within the non profit world

- Experience reporting to a board of directors  

- Experience working hands on with fund raising
