Marketing and Communications Coordinator
One of our top clients in the downtown area is looking to add to their Marketing and Communications team in the form of a coordinator. You will be responsible for coordinating all communication efforts on behalf of the firm and the investment teams. This can range from reports that need to be prepared and sent out to clients to presentation material for prospective customers and client meetings. There will also be a strong marketing focus for this role, which will be a big focus of the day to day tasks.
The firm has locations in Milwaukee, San Francisco, Atlanta, New York and London! They are open to looking at a strong recent college grad or successful career person who is looking for the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:
Undergraduate degree with demonstrated academic achievement
Investment management industry experience or relevant experience preferred
Solid interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to think critically, work independently and investigate and resolve issues
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage a full and varied workload
Team player attitude with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership of assigned responsibilities
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
