Job Description:

Our client is seeking to bring a Check-In Clerk to their team in the Sussex area.


In this role, the Check-In Clerk will be primarily responsible for checking in all trucks coming to and from deliveries and resolve route variances before releasing them on their way. A strong candidate will have the confidence to work alone most of the time and have a good understanding of computer skills as there will be large quantities of computer documentation that will need to be executed accurately. Having great people skills will provide as a great benefit as you will be building relationships and managing the truck drivers.



This is a contract role that will last until August. Hours vary on the week day and through training. 

M/W/F: 11:00am-7:30pm

T/TH: 12:00pm-8:30pm


If you excel in a fast-paced environment, have great organizational skills and love managing your own area, this is a great position for you! 

  • Minimum 2 years general office experience
  • Comfortable working with personal computers by continued education on hardware and software
  • Well organized
  • Work independently
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Retail experience is a plus
