Job Description: 

Do you have skills and passion to provide top-of-the-line customer service? One of our clients in the Oak Creek area is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help at their headquarters. This is a full-time temporary position, Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm.

In this role you will get counsel and assist transferees through the daily process. A strong candidate will be capable to communicate on a professional level to multiple high profile accounts. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for entering information accurately into the database to assist the transferees. 

This role will allow you to work in many areas on the team, assisting the sales team and the company dispatchers.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • At least two-year related customer service work experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to multitask, well organized and be detailed
  • Customer service skills
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
