Do you enjoy payroll but not the commitment it can require. We are working on hybrid payroll opportunity. This role will manage payroll for 3 different divisions. As the Payroll Manager you will manage and complete all payroll functions ensuring that payroll is processed on time and accurately. Responsibilities include:
Implement, maintain and review payroll processing systems for accuracy
Ensure payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and change to pay rates
Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll wage and hour laws
Complete quarterly and annual 941's and other tax related items and year end W-2's for 3 companies
Complete weekly payroll for company and semi-monthly for the other 2 companies and payroll taxes
