Job Description

We are hiring for an Operations Manager that will drive business and ensure that the team is on track for success!   This is a hands on position that will be involved in the day to day aspects of managing a team that is going out into the field to work with customers.   Strong leadership is critical for this role, first and foremost along with soft skills to lead the team.  

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage the day for the employees and challenges that come up
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills and ability to coordinate schedules
  • Problem resolution skills 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Holding crews accountable – ensure jobs get done on-time
  • Provide quotes and handle incoming customer requests to the office and following up on social media/website requests
  • Schedule field estimations for team
  • Prepare teams to go out into the field
  • Coach team through positive, accountable leadership
  • Ability to spot talent and leaders on a project
  • Basic Microsoft proficiency – ability to navigate the system for scheduling and jobs
