Job Description
Our client is Sussex, WI is seeking Machine Operators for 1st and 3rd shift. Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am. Weekend only shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm or 7pm -7am, you work 32 hours but get paid for 40 hours which is awesome! This is a great company, in a great culture with opportunity for overtime $$$. The pay is $15/hour.
Qualified candidates need to have the following:

- Perform set up of production runs, roll changes and web separation
- Ensure high quality product while maintaining low waste of material
- Operate cutting machines, forklifts, shrink wrapper and scrap bailer
- Document final product counts and any waste Requirements
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 2-4 years machine operating experience
- Extrusion experience is preferred
- Excellent math skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to problem solve
