Job Description

National leader in real estate development is looking to expand their administrative team due to an internal growth opportunity.  They offer a HYBRID work schedule! This role will be responsible for supporting a team of 3 Executives with high level administrative support. Requiring high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information with professionalism.   Responsibilities Include: 
  • Managing and maintaining complex and detailed schedules - prioritizing appointments
  • Arranging airline travel, hotel reservations and ground transportation including agendas and schedules. 
  • Preparing, editing and creating reports, correspondences, presentations and communications 
  • Processing and submitting expenses for executives ensuring policies are being followed 
  • Coordinating logistics for internal and external meetings and events 
  • Research and prioritize other administrative projects 

Job Requirements

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point 
Strong communication skills to communicate at all levels
