Leading manufacturer providing and exceeding customer expectations and service levels is looking to add to their customer service team. The successful candidate will have a mix of strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate and follow-up with customers.
Daily Responsibilities will include:
- Entering sales orders and sending out logistics or order changes.
- Preparing sales orders for data entry. Review and edit orders for completeness of product information and shipping instructions.
- Answer and follow-up on customer inquiries on email and LiveChat
- Develop relationships with suppliers and distributors
- Update product descriptions on website
